The wooden church in Hărnicești was declared historical monument. It dates since the end of 18^th century. The church worship “The birth of Mary the Virgin” and has a rectangular shape with apse. The east part of the church has a polygonal shape with five sides.

The actual aspect of the church is given by a series of changes over the years.

The interior paintings were not preserved until this day. Only some parts can be seen on the superior side of the iconostasis. The church have important pictures like “Entry into Jerusalem”, “Annunciation” or “Ascension”.
