The Wooden Church from Barbatenii de Sus, Lupeni city, Hunedoara county, was built in 1870. It is dedicated to the Whit Sunday. The edifice was restored in 2008 and is a historic monument. It is built in a rectangular plane and has a short tower-bell, with a belfry and a pyramid shape roof.
