The Eugen Bulbuc Mansion is situated in Barlad, Vaslui county. Eugen Bulbuc was a great Romanian musician. During his life, he hosted in his mansion many personalities of the Romanian culture, such as: Alexandru Vlahuta, Gheorghe Stefanescu, George Enescu, Barbu Stefanescu Delavrancea, Nicolae Iorga, Victor Ioan Popa or the opera singer Elvira Popescu.

It is a historic monument.
