The “I. G. Duca” Memorial House from Maldaresti commune, Valcea county, was built in 1912. The House is 3 kilometers away from the city of Horezu, where at the age of 23, I. G. Duca became a judge.

The construction has the shape of the letter “L” and exhibits personal objects of the great Romanian politician. The interior is refined and cosy.

The “I. G. Duca” Memorial House can be visited between 9,00 – 17,00 (November – March) and 10,00 – 18,00 (April – October).
