The Wooden Church from Remetea Chioarului has as titular saints the Archangels Michael and Gabriel. Is is situated in the village Remetea Chioarului, Maramures county and was built in the 18th century. The Church is considered to be a historic monument of national importance.

This orthodox edifice was built of oak tree wood and has the following dimensions: lengths – 13,15 meters, width – 7,80 meters and height – 23 meters.
