The Zlatita Monastery`s  Church  from Socol commune, Caras-Severin county is dedicated to Saints Simion and Sava. Zlatita Monastery is one of the most spiritual Serbian religious edifices from the south part of Romania. It is situated on the right shore of the river Nera and according to specialists was built in the 13th century by Sava Nemanici. Near the actual monastery the ruins of the medieval building can be seen. The Monastery`s Church is a national historic monument.
