Museum of Arms and Hunting Trophies from Sibiu was opened in 1966.
The location where the museum is, it is representative since the owner was the foreman of the Royal Family Hunting. The museum is in this location since 1981, this is the villa of Colonel August von Spiess.
The museum is formed of about 1,500 items, as hunting weapons, accessories and trophies. The pieces belonged to August von Spiess and Emil Witting and the Transylvanian Society of Natural Sciences from Sibiu.
