Tisita Gorges is a natural reservation of mixed type in Vrancea Mountains, which formed alongside the river Tisita. In some places, the gorges become very steep, resembling a canyon. The natural reservation is at an altitude of 850 meters and is 4.5 kilometers long, being one of the largest protected areas from Vrancea county.
