The Wooden Church from Bulzestii de Jos, Bulzestii de Sus commune, Hunedoara county, was built in 1852. It is dedicated to ”The Saints Archangels Micahel and Gabriel”, who are celebrated November, 8th. The church was erected with funds donated by the locals of oak tree wood on a stone foundation. Its tower is sharp and tall and the its walls have no painting at all, being covered only with icons.

It is a historic monument.
